Petr Dolejší

Senior Business Consultant, SEFIRA

Petr has worked for a long time as a senior business consultant at SEFIRA, focusing on the application of security technologies in information systems. He is actively involved in the design and preparation of new projects. Petr studied Mathematical and Software Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. As part of his practice he has experience in various positions on projects with a predominant focus as an analyst, project manager and IS architect.


Michal Hanzal

Business Consultant, SEFIRA

Michal is a Business Consultant at SEFIRA, where he focuses on the issue of trustworthy creation, verification and long-term archiving of electronic documents. Earlier he has worked at Accenture as Functional Architect. Michal is a graduate of VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, specialization System Engineering and Informatics.


Ena Hurmola

Senior Solutions Consultant, nCipher Security

Ena works at nCipher Security as Senior Solutions Consultant. Her mission is to assist the company / public / private partners in planning a business and security strategy that meets their needs while minimizing technical risk and time to market. At present, she takes care mainly for customers in the Nordic countries, the Baltics, Russia, Benelux.


Petr Chlumský

IT Security Consultant, SEFIRA

Petr works for SEFIRA as an IT Security Consultant. Primarily he takes care about the analysis, design and implementation of PKI solutions and related IT infrastructures. He graduated from the PhD study program Telecommunications at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague.


František Korbel


František Korbel specialises in public administration, administrative law, legislation, the right to information, IT, procedural regulations and recodification of private law.
Prior to joining our law firm he established and was a partner at the successful law firm Korbel, Tuháček & Partners. Prior to that, he worked in local government. He started his career as a lawyer in the asset management department of Tábor Town Council and then served three office terms as a local government deputy and two terms as a city council member. From 2006 he worked in public administration, firstly as a vice-chairman of the Legislative Council of the Czech Government and between 2007 and 2013 as a deputy to Justice Ministers Jiří Pospíšil, Pavel Blažek and Marie Benešová. At the Ministry of Justice, he managed the private law recodification project. He is a founding member of the interpretation Committee for the Application of New Civil Legislation (KANCL) at the Ministry of Justice. In 2009–2010 he was the Deputy Minister of the Environment.
In 2009 he became a lecturer at the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Science at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. Since 2011 he has held the same position at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, leading a seminar on the right to information and a legislation course. He is a lecturer at the Judicial Academy. He publishes and lectures on civil and administrative law, information technologies, and legislation. František is a co-author of the large commentary to the new Civil Code, published by Leges, and popular comparison tables showing changes between the former and the new private legislation. He manages the firm’s training ACADEMY.


Dalibor Kovář

Vedoucí advokát, HAVEL & PARTNERS

Dalibor Kovář specialises in intellectual property law, information technology, e-commerce, innovation and start-up projects, legal aspects of electronic legal acts, and the law of contract. In the area of intellectual property and information technology law, Dalibor primarily focuses on the commercial aspects of licence and implementation agreements, legal issues relating to domain names, copyright protection, and the legal regulation of innovative technologies in general and in the finance sector in particular (FinTech). In the area of digitalisation/electronisation he focuses mainly on the introduction of electronic (paperless) legal acts in public as well as private organisations, use of electronic identity, and the related aspects of personal data protection. In the law of contract, Dalibor primarily focuses on drafting specific and comprehensive commercial contracts, including contracts with international aspects, and also gives lectures on the basics as well as specific issues of the law of contracts. Prior to joining our law firm, Dalibor Kovář had worked at a major Czech law firm for three years and in the local office of an international law firm for one year, specialising mainly in commercial law and real estate law. In 2008, Dalibor studied at Université de Lorraine in Nancy, France.


Rocío Martínez Vidaurrázaga

Rocío Martínez has Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Master’s Degree in Software Engineering and CISA certification. For more than 10 years she has been working in Information Security area, especially in Identity solutions: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity Management, Electronic Signature and Authentication. As a Technical Expert, Rocío has been involved in several Citizen/National eID and Trust Service Provider (TSP) eID infrastructures deployments, such as Spanish Ministry of Defense, Uruguay National eID, Izenpe Trust Service Provider in Spain or SK Certification Center in Estonia. Currently, from its position of business development at Safelayer, she is working with leading systems integrators in Government, TSP and Large Corporations eID infrastructure projects along different EMEA and LATAM countries.

Gröbe Villa, Havlíčkovy sady 58, Prague 2

In 1870, the entrepreneur Moritz Gröbe built his summer residence and developed an English park in its neighborhood. The two-story mansion in the Italian Renaissance style was designed by Antonín Barvitius and built by František Havel in 1871–88. The interiors were designed by Josef Schulz. The facade under the roof of the building is decorated with a fresco with child motifs by the painter Kugle. The decoration of the interiors was done by the sculptor Detemar. The mansion has a huge terrace on the ground floor, connected by a double staircase with the vineyard of St. Clara. From the ground floor, there is a beautiful view of the southern part of the city.
