Product support

Product Support is provided on the basis of a separate order as an annual prepaid service in a scope defined by SEFIRA.

Provision of Product Support is effective from the date your order was accepted by SEFIRA and commences on the date defined for provision of this support. The scope of Product Support may change at SEFIRA’s discretion, provided that the changes do not significantly reduce the level of provided services in a time period that has already been paid for.
