Paperless Human Resources
Implementation of the Paperless Human Resources project ensures digitization of work with documents within personnel processes – onset, change, dismissal. Each employee will have automatically created a personal file upon arrival. Documents stored in it can be viewed, confirmed, rejected, forwarded for signature or signed. For this purpose, it integrates remote signing tools (both qualified and unqualified), key / certificate management (release, renewal, revocation) or biometric signature infrastructure. The paperless staffing allows employees to easily consume the benefits of digital trust based on certified technologies.
