Issuing certificates
SEFIRA provides the following services in the area of certificate issuance
- Qualified certificates for electronic signature
- Qualified certificates for electronic seal
In order to ensure flexibility of services, SEFIRA also offers the issuance of certificates through the so-called mobile registration authority at the location specified by the client.
Supply and implementation of QSCD hardware
SEFIRA supplies the following types of qualified electronic signature/seal creation devices that are certified in accordance with the eIDAS regulation
- Hardware Security Module (HSM)
- Smart cards
Issuing qualified time stamps
The service is provided on the basis of a concluded contractual relationship or a binding order. Time stamps are issued by time authorities qualified by trust service providers providing time stamp services.
Management and operation of QSCD equipment
Due to the specific conditions of certification of some HSMs, it is necessary to ensure that the management and operation of the device is provided by a certified vendor in order to use it as a qualified devices. For the purposes of delivering the solutions offered, SEFIRA, as a qualified trust service provider, manages and operates the HSMs.
