Senior Business Consultant, SEFIRA
Petr has worked for a long time as a senior business consultant at SEFIRA, focusing on the application of security technologies in information systems. He is actively involved in the design and preparation of new projects. Petr studied Mathematical and Software Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. As part of his practice he has experience in various positions on projects with a predominant focus as an analyst, project manager and IS architect.

František Korbel specialises in public administration, administrative law, legislation, the right to information, IT, procedural regulations and recodification of private law.
Prior to joining our law firm he established and was a partner at the successful law firm Korbel, Tuháček & Partners. Prior to that, he worked in local government. He started his career as a lawyer in the asset management department of Tábor Town Council and then served three office terms as a local government deputy and two terms as a city council member. From 2006 he worked in public administration, firstly as a vice-chairman of the Legislative Council of the Czech Government and between 2007 and 2013 as a deputy to Justice Ministers Jiří Pospíšil, Pavel Blažek and Marie Benešová. At the Ministry of Justice, he managed the private law recodification project. He is a founding member of the interpretation Committee for the Application of New Civil Legislation (KANCL) at the Ministry of Justice. In 2009–2010 he was the Deputy Minister of the Environment.
In 2009 he became a lecturer at the Department of Administrative Law and Administrative Science at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. Since 2011 he has held the same position at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, leading a seminar on the right to information and a legislation course. He is a lecturer at the Judicial Academy. He publishes and lectures on civil and administrative law, information technologies, and legislation. František is a co-author of the large commentary to the new Civil Code, published by Leges, and popular comparison tables showing changes between the former and the new private legislation. He manages the firm’s training ACADEMY.

Dalibor Kovář specialises in intellectual property law, information technology, e-commerce, innovation and start-up projects, legal aspects of electronic legal acts, and the law of contract. In the area of intellectual property and information technology law, Dalibor primarily focuses on the commercial aspects of licence and implementation agreements, legal issues relating to domain names, copyright protection, and the legal regulation of innovative technologies in general and in the finance sector in particular (FinTech). Rocío Martínez has Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Master’s Degree in Software Engineering and CISA certification. Gröbe Villa, Havlíčkovy sady 58, Prague 2
In 1870, the entrepreneur Moritz Gröbe built his summer residence and developed an English park in its neighborhood. The two-story mansion in the Italian Renaissance style was designed by Antonín Barvitius and built by František Havel in 1871–88. The interiors were designed by Josef Schulz. The facade under the roof of the building is decorated with a fresco with child motifs by the painter Kugle. The decoration of the interiors was done by the sculptor Detemar. The mansion has a huge terrace on the ground floor, connected by a double staircase with the vineyard of St. Clara. From the ground floor, there is a beautiful view of the southern part of the city.
